What's On?

Each week we have loads of things going on across the two churches as well as our usual Sunday morning services which you will find on our calendar. We also have various courses and monthly activities which appear below.

Try Alpha

Alpha is a welcoming course that explores the basics of the Christian faith in a relaxed, open, and friendly environment. It’s designed for anyone who’s curious about life, faith, and meaning—whether you’re new to Christianity, returning after time away, or simply asking big questions. Each session includes a shared meal, a short talk on a key topic (like “Who is Jesus?” or “Why and how do we pray?”), and honest discussion where no question is off-limits. There’s no pressure and no judgment—just space to listen, share, and explore at your own pace.

Small Groups

Small Groups are a place to grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and explore the Bible together in a supportive and welcoming setting. They’re designed for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of Scripture and apply it to everyday life, whether you’re new to the Bible or have been following Jesus for years. Groups usually meet regularly to share life, pray together, and study the Bible through guided discussion. It’s a safe space to ask questions, learn from one another, and encourage each other in faith. Small Groups help turn church from something you attend into a community you belong to.

Kintsugi Hope

Kintsugi Hope is a supportive course that helps people navigate life’s challenges and find hope through honest conversation and faith-based reflection. Inspired by the Japanese art of kintsugi, it recognises that brokenness is part of being human and that healing and strength can come through it. The course creates a safe and compassionate space to explore topics such as anxiety, loss, forgiveness, resilience, and self-worth. Sessions include practical tools, discussion, and encouragement, helping people move forward with renewed hope and purpose. We offer Kintsugi Hope in both English and Ukrainian, and everyone is welcome, no matter their background or faith journey.

Explore our amazing Church on Tuesdays with volunteers around to talk to and also pray with you. Come along Wednesdays for our weekly coffee morning with a toddler area. We also offer free refreshments, a crafting table and a warm space, to foster connections within the local community. A Ukrainian speaking language table is also available. This is then followed by a Ukrainian Drop In Support Session at Lunch time. On Thursdays we have 'Soul Space' a lunchtime session where you can eat, pray, meet and talk. If you're interested in joining the team for this initiative, please contact the parish office.
