St James' was first built in 1867 and is spacious and well proportioned church. A firm family favourite with links the local primary school. Having had building work in 2024 which replaced the pews with modern chairs, this popular building can continue to serve it's community with a much more usable space in the future. 

St James' Church is popular for weddings, baptisms and events linked to St James' Primary School however it now be hired for meetings, community events, birthday parties and smaller concerts. If you want to hire it for something different then please get in touch!
